KDE Discuss is the official forum for KDE. This page contains some useful information for developers, contributors, and users who wish to use the forums.

Developer badges

Developer badges are used to easily identify KDE developers in the forum. The developer badge is the blue KDE logo to the lower right of the developer's profile picture.

You can see a list of developers with a badge here.

Adding tags vs. requesting new categories

Users can tag topics themselves. Tags can be used to organize content and filter topics. See this blog post about using tags.
