This check list is relevant for the people attending the event, not so much for the Promo Team itself.

Status Quo

So far we managed to somewhat regularly provide:

  • Demo Devices
  • Stickers
  • Carl's Haribo collection if available
  • Talks

Preparation

  • Announce our attendance beforehand
  • Promote talks by our people
  • Submit one and exactly one assembly (usually in Bits und Bäume village)
  • Get relevant people tickets if possible
  • Talk to each other

Ideas

  • 3D-printed Konqi ears (https://community.kde.org/Konqi#Antlers) would fit the general vibe very well
  • The presence of a Blahaj significantly increases interaction at the assembly
  • More workshops
  • Konqi-Soldering-Set
  • ChaosPost Guerilla-Marketing ("Deliver this postcard to the first person you find that has a KDE app on their phone / uses plasma / whetever" -> Get something when that person returns that postcard to us)
  • Get something if you do a merge request while at congress (special sticker?)
  • Consider bringing network cables and a switch so we don't have to rely on wifi
