KDE Frameworks 5 Dashboard

This page main intent is to track the on going efforts (Epics ;-) )into reaching a state where KDE Frameworks 5 can be released. Over time it might get some consolidation with policies and such, but for now they will stay in KDE_Core (beware the KDE Core section contains outdated information though).
