What is a Corporate / Business / Organizational strategy?

Why do we need one? A strategy including a vision gives you a target, a direction where to go. Communities work decentralized and autonomous. In this case it's even more important to have the same goals everyone is heading to. Otherwise the community is beginning to fall apart when the gaps between the people, running in different directions is getting to big.

Steps to create / adjust / check your strategy

Analysis: Where are we?

Options: What alternatives / choices do we have?

Evaluation: What is more important?

Decision: What will we do? How should we decide?
