Clarify note about BUG keywords
There is a note which could potentially be very helpful for a new contributor, but I have some questions about it:
The BUG: keyword must be added both in the Merge Request description--which notifies the bug ticket of the Merge Request creation--and in the message of the first commit--which closes the bug ticket once the Merge Request is merged. In case you don't want to close the bug, but only add the information to it you can use CCBUG:. This can be the case if there are commits required before the bugfix can be done.
1. In order to email but not close a bug, where does the CCBUG need to go: the MR, the commit, or both?
2. Say there was a patch series that contributed to fixing a bug, with multiple commits. Would it be appropriate to put a keyword (either BUG or CCBUG) in all of them, or only the first one? Does the answer to this change if there are multiple MR's needed throughout the codebase for the same bug?
I think the use of dashes instead of clear bullets or paragraphs makes this note vague. I'd fix it but I don't know the "correct" answer.
