Scour strips stylesheet id

I tried to use scour-icon (the bash function given on this page), but it removes the id="current-color-scheme" attribute of the <style> element. The stylesheet is needed by monochrome breeze icons to adapt to the color scheme. It is used by class="ColorScheme-Text" attributes in the graphical elements (<path> and so on). But now, the environment cannot modify the stylesheet, because it has no id.

In https://phabricator.kde.org/D22617#500131, ndavis suggests to remove --enable-id-stripping and --shorten-ids from the function. I didn’t try that, but I even don’t know why there has to be a stylesheet in every single icon.
