KDE Linux/Create and use virtual machines

From KDE Community Wiki

Probably the easiest way to use virtual machines in KDE Linux is with the Virtual Machine Manager app. Install it and its required QEMU extension using a terminal window:

flatpak install org.virt_manager.virt-manager org.virt_manager.virt_manager.Extension.Qemu

Now launch the app, click on the "File" menu, and select "Add Connection…". Click on the dropdown menu button next to where it says "Hypervisor:", select "QEMU/KVM user session", and then click "OK".

Now Virtual Machine Manager is ready to create new virtual machines! To create one, Click "File" and then "New Virtual Machine", or else the toolbar button that looks like a screen with the play icon in it.
