Akademy/Handbook/Board dinner

Goal

Forming of the new board and distribution of positions.

Needs

  • Restaurant (nice but not too expensive)

Timing

The board dinner usually happens on the day of the AGM.

Attendees

  • board members
  • if there are board elections past board members as well as unsuccessful candidates
  • AGM supporters (chair, note taker)
