Summary

Made some decisions on issues that needed decision making. Snap isn't getting removed but also not better UX investment. Dev tools will stay included but hidden from the menu. We'll give ourselves more control over Qt builds in use. Multiple editions are still on the table but we need to be mindful of not confusing the user; stability for the user edition is a huge concern.
