So you pay in advance (something like 6 Euros) and you can call until the card is empty. Then you have to recharge (that's what you normally do) or buy a new card (might be an option for foreigners). I'm on the road now an short of battery. I'll add more details in a couple of hours.

Q; Can I ask more questions here?

A: Yes, you can. The original author of the page tries to answer.

Q: Is there a 'pay as you go' like mobil phone(sim) card opportunity there ? How much does it cost ?

Excellent page, thank you! Q: So I arrive at 16:45 in terminal 1. There will be a bus I can take to TOAS, which will cost €4,10. How do I buy a ticket? Can I do that in the bus itself?

A: Whenever there is a bus #61, it will be good for going to TOAS house. See the 2 alternative walking routes behind the links on the main page. The schedule is reasonable on weekdays but only sporadic on weekends, you haven't mentioned what day you'll arrive. Tickets are sold by the driver. See http://www.paunu.fi/pdf/TMP%20airport%20kesa10.pdf , all information should be there also in English.
