KWin

There has been a large rewrite of compositor frame rate handling. Is everything as smooth? If we're on Intel does KWIN_USE_INTEL_SWAP_EVENT=0 kwin_x11 --replace make things better or worse?

Effects

Plasma System Monitor

Plasma System Monitor is thew system monitoring for Plasma. It is included in 5.21 and will replace KSysGuard in 5.22. It fetches data from a new backend.

It should be listed in the menu. Do all disks and networks appear correctly? Do the different sensors produce (sensible) values? Does editing pages work?
