Codebase is closed for new, unplanned features. Only planned features and bugfixes are allowed in past this point.

Thu, 13th March: Alpha1

Alpha1 is tagged from trunk. As soon as the tarballs have been confirmed to build and the Release Team thinks they meet enough quality it will be released

Tue, 8th April: Alpha2

Alpha2 is tagged from trunk. As soon as the tarballs have been confirmed to build and the Release Team thinks they meet enough quality it will be released

Thu, 1st May: Hard Freeze

Codebase is frozen for new features. Only bugfixes are allowed.

Tue, 6th May: Beta

Beta is tagged from trunk. As soon as the tarballs have been confirmed to build and the Release Team thinks they meet enough quality it will be released

Thu, 29th May: Artwork freeze

All artwork is frozen on this date. No new artwork should be added. Existing artwork can continue to be tweaked and fixed. Changing the default wallpaper is allowed past this date.

Tue, 10th June: Tagging Plasma 2014.6

The branch is frozen for final release tagging. Only urgent fixes, such as those fixing compilation errors, should be committed.

Tue, 17th June: Plasma 2014.6 Final

Final release is released for general consumption.
