Plasma Workspaces Systemtray's visual consistency with the clock and the layout indicator has improved (reference: http://www.notmart.org/index.php/Software/Little_big_cleaning_details)

Things relating to individual KDE applications (but only those released as part of the SC - but if in doubt add the feature)

Platform

Things relating to the underlying platform that are available to the workspaces and apps (examples: Nepomuk, Plasma framework, Oxygen, Solid etc)

kwin: At 4.7, kwin will probably be able to use OpenGL ES (for Embedded Systems) to do compositing. For the feature guide, this means a paragraph about what OpenGL ES is, what devices are using this, and what improvements can it give. Then, another one about how using kwin with OpenGL ES can improve user experience. Info places: http://blog.martin-graesslin.com/blog/2010/11/kwin-compiles-for-opengl-es/
