Database Relationships (DR) are not implemented in Kexi but we know what we want.
For a quick introductions for the DR see this article for MS Access.
There was old code in plugins/relations/ directory in Kexi 0.x quickly disabled, and removed in Sep 2014 in Kexi 2.9.
