KWin/kcm kwin redesign

These are the new categories for the redesign of kwin's kcm. (terietor here,because I am no expert please feel free to correct me :))

• focus change it to "Dark the window scene"

• candy change it to "Helper effects" and modify its effects

• Window management ok but reorganize the effect that consists it,the new effect should be the follow

    • Flip
