Component Overview
Senior Devs are people who could happily take over maintainership at any time without any gap. They know all the code, regularly bug triage and do code reviews and maintenance on behalf of the lead maintainer for that component. They can and often will make decisions on that component.
Maintainership is based on active development and does not always reflect original component author.
