This is a small resume and i don't put here in this document some complains about localization, since they are using a very old version of our softwares.

Translated from here: http://webeduc.mec.gov.br/codigo_aberto/#

KStars:
Positive points:
- Image printing, so teachers can give 'off line' materials.
-Selection of one object, it's make easy to focus in one objective. And Zoom in/out.
Negative points:
-missing some extra information, mainly about our solar system.
Conclusions:
-Can be used in elementary school and maybe in begining of high school.

KBruch:
Positive points:
-Very simple to use (good UX).
-Very attractive UI (vivid colors in signs and numbers).
-Statistics about answers.
Negative points:
-Questions are just trown on the application window, there is no contextualization (no sure if is about show apples/oranges or maybe some explanation about that operation).
-Student have only one try to put correct answer. If he/she get wrong, the KBruch shows the correct answer.
-There is no way to teacher insert more questions in KBruch.
Conclusions:
-The software is a very good extra after teorical lessons.
-Since it have a very good UX, it may be accepted by the teachers and students.
-Can be used with childrens under 11 years, in first years of elementary school.

Kig:
Positive points:
-many possibilities of uses with geometrical shapes and graphics.
-Easy use of application;
-Zoom function,
-Save/print the results
Negative Points:
-Limited just to ilustrate, since the students will have to compute some function and manually draw it on the Kig.(not sure, it was a bit confusing, but i think that they are talking about ploting some function, like in KAlgebra and KMplot).
Conclusions:
-Beside it's limitations, the application can have some use cases:
*Teacher can show a plot and the students have to identify some function,
*Can be used in high school or in last year of elementary school.

Kmplot
Positive points:
-Plot the functions correctly;
-User can ger the pair (x,y);
-Plot can be printed;
-Plot can be stored in files to be used later,
Negative points:
-The user must take care when is inserting some functions, for instance, he/she can not the letter 'f' on the description of the second function on cartesian plan.
-Because of that, the use of the software is not so simple ( O_o )

Kanagram
Positive points:
-Easy to use, even to teachers that don't have much contatct with computers;
-Teacher can add new words;
-Is like a game.
Negative points:
-Words aren't show in the same semantic context.
-UI simple and unattractive
Conclusions:
-Software can be used no only in portuguese class, but also in others courses to learn tecnical terms.

Kalzium
Positive points:
-Iterative (click and informations are showed)
-Timeline
Negative:
-Missing some chemical elements images;
Conclusions:
- Better than a paper table,
-The discovery date can be used by teacher to associate historical events.

KLetters
Positive points:
-Have an nice interface;
-Use of sounds
-many languages
Negative points:
-No possibility to change basic activities. Teacher/students just select the language.
Conclusions:
-Allow to the students get used to keyboard
-Can be used in elementary schools.

KWordQuiz:
Positive points:
-Very versatile software
-Can be used in diferents courses
Negative points:
-Not so easy to get used to;
-The teacher can create the questions, but there is no space to the students who will be subjected to the closed questions. (i don't understand this point, but maybe they was talking about something like select the correct answer from this list).
