KRecipes is in beta for a long time, we want to release 2.0 quickly and 2.1 in one/two months.

Add krecipes group to reviewboard that mails the KDE mailing list
Make tests pass in jenkins
Make jenkins send mails the kde.org mailing list
Make sure bugs/reviewboards are defaulted to kde.org and go through
Port some of the Qt3Support code (make sure don't break stuff) :D

We will release 2.0 in "Date Yet To Decide". We will release 2.1 in "Date Yet To Decide #2".
