Control panel and Status bar

Below window 3 you can find the control panel. The old equalizer graph is removed, as it is a vizualisation and should be optional and it is no part of control or management. The controls were moved from the status bar, as it is uncommon to all HIGs, I know so far. All controls are now placed in the control panel. Controls are an important part of the GUI itself and should be moved to the top of the screen, as it's usual. The new space gained by removing the equalizer is used to scale the volume bar, as it needed a good portion of luck to set the wished volume. The "empty window icon" on the left got a little symbol to recognize it as menu (better icon still needed!).
