What we need and for which systems this guide is
This guide is aimed specifically for Ubuntu 14.10 but I think it will work with other distributions with some modifications. In this guide we'll assume we have Kubuntu 14.10 Plasma 5 preview so Plasma 5 is already installed.
Step 1: create directories
For convenience, create a directory set in your home that follow this structure:
