Bugs

• containment_actions should affect DesktopToolbox
• We need an "activity_actions", so we can disable them.
• kmenuedit should not appear as a option on simple launcher

Wishlist

• Allow/Disallow the plasmoids configuration
• Block kdeui configuration (non plasma thing)
