A: If there is a bus #61, it will be good for going to TOAS house. The schedule is different for weekdays and weekends, you haven't mentioned what day you'll arrive. |

A: Not sure what you mean by 'pay as you go'. There are cards called prepaid. So you pay in advance (something like 6 Euros) and you can call until the card is empty. Then you have to recharge (that's what you normally do) or buy a new card (might be an option for foreigners). I'm on the road now an short of battery. I'll add more details in a couple of hours.
