KDE-Telepathy's chat window supports Adium's messageStyle themes.
Installation
- download the desired theme from here
- extract the archive content to ~/.kde4/share/apps/ktelepathy/styles/
- select the desired theme from chat window's settings

Here is a list to keep track of the status of Adium themes on kde-telepathy's chat window.
