We're having a BoF! Its on the schedule for Akademy/2012/Wednesday! Afterwards, probably some dinner.

No real agenda defined, we'll figure out what happens when we do it.

  - List developers/maintainers/how to get in contact
  - Links to documentation
  - Not necessarily for multimedia developers
- Link to Tomahawk/Amarok/Other important third-party projects
- Guidelines (UI/performance)
We kill the KSCD
- It looks bad and is unmaintained
- Replace with CD-playing support in JuK
Work on KMix
- Publicity (blog about what we do, like the fancy new labels from tdfischer)
- Refactoring
- Fix all the bugs
- Fix papercuts
- Ask Esken about maintainership
Go through the KDEMM libraries
Talk with someone about Plasma Media Center?
