The Contact List Should be Merged with the Chat Window

KTp is deliberately designed not to be a giant monolithic application like Kopete was in terms of the application, and we go further apart in the UI too.

Problems with Kopete

Rationale

Thanks to Facebook and G+ we often see Contact Lists with > 200 contacts, the traditional contact list where we can view online contacts is becoming more and more obsolete. We need to search, and we need the integration. As such we need to find new ways to solve this.

We allow starting chats from KRunner, from a plasma applet of favourite contacts, and in the near future KMail and other applications which reference a contact. As such we don't need to show the contact list whilst we're chatting, and the separation makes sense.

This also allows for use with Plasma based Contact Lists, without having to constantly run a contact list to chat with people.
