I am referring to this page: https://community.kde.org/Getinvolved/Quality/Tutorial
This is in no way a tutorial, but a list of the Quality tools used by or available for KDE, so moving this to a "Tutorial" title is just plain wrong. Please read again, it is NOT a tutorial, just a list, and it was never meant to be a tutorial at all. To make this a tutorial one would have to heavily edit the page and strip out all the tools currently not used, and this is close to impossible, as every project uses the tools they decide. Putting a menu on top is not making it a tutorial either, really. 90% of the content of that page is something I wrote, so calling it a tutorial based on your experience is a bit bold, don't you think?

My modification (at least since 2012) was to move "Getinvolved/Quality/Tutorial" to "Get Involved/Quality/Tutorial".
I made kde.org/getinvolved in 2005 which got moved into community.kde.org, someone else may have copy pasted something from Quality which got in here. But I don't think I have done the thing you are saying.
Either way, I'll be happy to help with the resolution. Here are the list of Get Involved/Quality files: https://community.kde.org/index.php?title=Special%3APrefixIndex&prefix=Get+Involved%2FQuality&namespace=0
Would you like to move the in-appropriately named tutorial part to the main https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Quality or should we put it somewhere else?
