Wayland Trackpad/Touchscreen gestures
In Kwin Wayland, gestures are hardcoded and do not allow for customization: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=402857.
This blocks usage of touchegg/touche and libinput-gestures. With those configured, I can use a four finger swipe vertically to control volume, and horizontally for brightness. This is currently not possible in Wayland due to these static gestures, and constitutes a show-stopper for my laptop.
I propose we add this bug to the show-stopper list to ensure it is prioritized.

Window management
- No minimize to tray support for applications: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=461910
- Consistent window shading https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=377162 *** comment *** How can this article point to https://community.kde.org/Goals/Wayland and yet not accept that Window Shading is needed for feature parity with KDE on X11? That's an oxymoron. Window Shading is a feature of KDE and other desktop/window managers on X11, but not on Wayland. How important this feature is can be discussed, but without it there is no feature parity.
